Who We Need

What We’re Looking For

We need someone genuinely handy with trailers and mobile homes, comfortable crawling under them, working on plumbing, siding, and general repairs. Most importantly, you should be able to think on your feet.

Technical Skills
Plumbing, siding, basic electrical, general maintenance. You don’t need to know everything, but you need to know how to learn.
Problem-Solving Mindset
Creative solutions when the perfect part isn’t available. Resourceful, adaptable, able to make solid fixes with what’s on hand.
Work Ethic
Reliable, hardworking, not afraid to get dirty. You show up, you figure it out, you follow through.
